Rates

The cottages are generally let on a weekly basis, starting from a Saturday - The Snug is more readily available on a night by night basis. If you are looking for a shorter stay please get in touch as we might be able to accommodate your needs.

Rates for 2023

The Big Cottage  (sleeps 4)         £700

The Wee Cottage (sleeps 2)        £600

The Snug (sleeps 2)                   £350

The Caravan (sleeps 4)      from £400 per week

The nightly rate for The Snug is from £60.00

In addition we take a meter reading on entry and again at departure and will charge for electricity used.

Long term lets thoughout low season will be considered, please contact us regarding long term let rates.

The Boring Bit

At time of booking we will require a £200 per week non refundable deposit in order to confirm your booking. The balance is due on arrival.

We ask guests to vacate the properties by 9.00 am on day of departure and ask that you please leave the property in the same condition which you found it in. Failure to do this will incur an additional cleaning charge.

You will need to provide your own bed linen and towels.
